Hello,
I will go straight to the point. I ed Funkam Logistics logistics to help ship my goods (small creams and serum). First, I asked him about their shipping fees and he sent me the screenshot below.
After checking the screenshot, I decided to try them. I sent my goods to the address they gave me. According to Funkam Logistics, they will ship within 10 to 13 days. My first goods (small creams) arrived on 17th of last month while the second one (small creams) arrived on 18th and the last one (small serum) arrived on 25th July. The one sent on 25th July arrived last week while the other two was not shipped. I asked him about it but he kept giving me different excuses.
I kept asking him about my products until he sent me screenshot this morning saying that my goods have arrived and that I should pay $9 per KG at the rate of 480/$. According to him, my goods are HK products. I told him that it was not what he told me initially. Mind you that it is little creams and in his initial advert, he didn’t mention creams as HK products.
Please who has experienced this before. Small creams charged $9 per kg and 480/$. I am not even talking about kg yet because it is only when I receive my goods that I will check the kg.
