Bode George, south west and Edo PDP can never forgive Ayo Salami for decimating them till today. He presided over the appeal that sack Agagu, segun Oni, oyinlola and osunbor from office and replaced them with ACN and LP candidates. PDP are still struggling to reclaim these states till today.

Jonathan removed Ayo Salami because of politics and not misconduct. Salami single-handedly removed about 5 PDP governors who were rigged into office by Obasanjo in 2007 general election. Jonathan saw him as a big threat to PDP if he continue to head d appeal court. that's why he was removed

Buhari himself can't head every parastatals in Nigeria, he still needs to appoint some people in strategic position. Even if it is your brother you give some level of trust you can be betrayed. it is unfair if we blame Buhari for Magu's undoing, where you should blame Buhari is when he use his influence to probe Magu but I doubt that, this is the first time an arm of presidency(DSS) will probe another arm of presidency (EFCC), and the probe is made publicly. This is the kind of institution we dream for our dear country, hopefully when he's charged the Court will hasten up and judgement as required without technical error as they did on OUK. God bless Buhari for the institution he's building, first time a government is probing his people without waiting for another government to come and probe his people. The investigation of the EFCC boss was to reinforce the Buhari istration’s commitment to transparency and ability, the holder of an elevated office such as the chairman of the EFCC must be above suspicion.

Change should actually begin with us if we truly want the Nigeria of our dream, we need to build a strong institution. President alone can't do it, he alone can't become the minister, permanent secretary, contractor, EFCC chairman, DSS boss etc, he still needs people to carry out this responsibility on his behalf. Most of us are not saint either, we're only waiting for the opportunity to present himself.

Bayo Salami was suspended for insubordination to the then CJN. He told CJN to stop intervene in court processes. NJC investigated the issue and recommended his reinstatement because of his innocent but the then president GEJ refused to reinstate him. So why he should not head the ? He was actually punished for his integrity.
