What type of uncertainty? The only uncertainty is if there are doubts about the going concern ability of the listed businesses.

We got 43k last year, they have always maintained and increased their dividends. The first dividend I got from Red Star was 20k, I don't see them going down to 30k after paying 43k in 2019.
