I am 57 kilo. My perfect weight is 55 but I always fluctuate 2-3 kilos. When I am 55 I start overeating then see my belly grow then control myself until it is 55 again and the cycle repeats itself.

I love carbs like crazy but I also love veggies so you will have to learn to love them too.
I would become a vegetarian if I didn't love meat too. Now I am a part-time or selective vegetarian.

I think it has to do with genetics because i dnt eat vegetables nor junk food nd I'm slim

Cool, and one outdoor caterer we hired for a relative last year, ended up cooking bay leaves rice instead of jollof rice.


Any angle u put spoon, u will see bay leaf...

To extent I concluded it was another vegetable...Now I can say it was a case of "too much spice, which spoilt the broth".
