In life, there are moments we are faced with difficult situations with the sole aim of surviving hoping there will be light at the end of such circumstance..

Mine: it happened when I was I part 2 second semester, it was close to end of semester and there was no cash on me, no gas in my cylinder and I had to eat that night .... i had to Cook 'Eba' with normal water, ate with Palm oil sprinkled with salt.. imo that night bad gaaan....

So over to you guys, what Is the weirdest thing u have done to survive?

Back in 200l, University people go understand say second semester na owu period.

No cash on me that time,one babe saved me then , she gave me raw rice, as I dey cook I no allow the rice soft I just add palm oil,salt and pepper dey chop am from fire.

Mine was during field trip my team was stuck cause of herdsmen we couldn't go back or risk getting caught, so we had to find leaves(mostly grass) to do a concussion rip

Though am yet to face life but i pray i shouldn't experience such in my life

for those of us who know pH very well
I trekked from choba to rumuola, from rumuola to Rumuokoro, den back to choba in search of teaching job

trekked from Mile3 to choba on an early morning

went to a wedding centre to beg guests for money so I can survive



but thank God, we don't look like wat we have been through. Never give up, always focus on where u are going to

mine was during my ND last semester. you know how project supervisors will just keep calculating all the offenses you committed until you jam them during your last project.
This particular lecturer kept I and my group in school till even our last exam.By then money was now an alien to me and my roomie. So one babe just dash us rice and small condiment to arrange it, but unfortunately we had just 2 sachets of water and about 3 cup of water (was not neat O).
we just decided to manage it like that.As we just put the rice on the fire ,environment just changed and it started raining ooo, my roomie without thinking twice just threw away the remaining water (not neat).
unfortunately and regrettably, just as he was about putting the bucket to fetch some good water na, The rain stopped immediately. we had no other choice but to eat the semi-cooked rice like that.

was coming back to school at Ebonyi state, got to Enugu, it became very late, no bus to take us to Iza our destination, I and my friend went to the police station to sleep till early morning, the police men ask us if there station was a hotel, finally they asked us to pay for the night like 10k each, I left there with my friend, saw some ladies who were go for a vigil in the church, we ed them pretending that we where looking for there church, guess what guys, when we got there and the prayers was going on, we where busy snoring on a bench in the church, immediately it became around 4an in the morning, we sneaked out of the church to catch the first bus, it was funny though but I never forget the experience.

Weird job I've done for money: Conductor, Laybuke(Serving a brick layer). Funny enough did all this when I was below 16.

Stupid 'est' decision I've made to survive: Beg online for money, happened in 2017 when I was in 200L. I still regret it whenever I think of it.

Worse thing I've done to survive: Skip one semester of school to go learn Yahoo. LOL. Stupid young Me , abandoning a 4.51cgpa to go learn fraud.

I once slept in the open, Harmattan season. It was so cold and the mosquitoes were swarming.... gosh

I do not know howcome I didn't froze

Ate one loaf of bread for three days while in 200L in school. The painful part is that I didn't know I had 10k in my all through the days I was eating bread and taking water for 3days.
School life in naija is hell for those who are not from wealthy homes
