You can't tell if the person begging online is genuine or not. It's better you just give (if you have enough to share). You don't that you may be saving a life.

I dont think it will work, Adams is not the only one involved in this matter, those other party guys can do some damages, this matter wouldn't have gotten to this stage if Obaseki had listened to the President, leaders of the party and even house of reps begged him to declare another proclamation to allow the state house of Assembly to be inaugurated properly but he refused.
