My bad, sorry if i sounded like i'm kidding but i'm actually a student of pharmaceutical technology in federal poly owerri, currently in ND2, maybe my first post about 100level and 200level complicated the whole issue. the thing is i'm yet to see my second semester result but deep down i know i bleeped up in my pharm calc, analytical chem and gns courses.

What you're studying is PHARMACEUTICAL TECH in poly. not BACHELOR OF PHARMACY in University. It's a different thing entirely. There are no medical courses in Polytechnic no matter how you're being deceived. Pay attention and read the information very well, you may be in the university someday for this same course. I hope this helps.

Excellent story. Makes me extremely happy to see more and more successful women excel in Nigerian Universities as they seem to be the most serious and most resilient when it comes to higher education.

The sky is the limit. If you can, start applying for international scholarships to do your masters, there are tons in and other parts of Europe and you will easily get accepted to, as long as you present the right documents and the right profile they'd love to it.

Life would be more beautiful when we do things based on what our conscience says as Humans, we were created with conscience not to just dump it, and follow strict rules we created for ourselves. Just see how the will pity her, had it been she is the VC's, a professor's or a powerful politician's daughter. That's why sometimes I agree with those that says laws are for the poor, especially in Nigeria. This law in particular is too strict, because she had spent almost 4 years in the medical school before she was withdrawn. The money + The time + The stress + risks etc. Only if you know the amount of money spent on an average undergraduate per session.

I've seen three people called to for examination malpractice, 2 were expelled.the third one was pardoned because he's dad is a senior lecturer. The 2 that were expelled were caught talking to each other, can you imagine, the judgement ed on them was too strict, because they are already in their final year.

Solution: We are not robots that just judgement based on rules and regulations written in paper. expelling someone in year 1 and someone in year 4, for breaking the same rules. We are humans, we should be considerate.

I'm telling you bro, I know of someone presently who was expelled in his final year for examination malpractice and another who was done with his clearance was called back. That's pure wickedness at least give them suspension probably 1 year or 2.

FUTO does same..Thats VERIFICATION OF RESULTS. Some of my housemates were sent out of school 4th year first semester due to fake, incomplete results etc.. But all had to do with questionable ission..

You see reason many people prefer to school oversea than here in Nigeria. How can a school offered ission to a student n when the student is about graduating, the school claimed that the ission has issue. If it was questionable, why noticing it late not earlier? It means something is wrong with our system here. Recently the same university informed some of its students to go n apply for change of course after they were offered ission n most of them had already done their registration. Which nonsense is this? We r not serious here in Nigeria.

The blames goes to her for the following reasons

1. Submitting fake document if that was the case.
2. If it is fake ission, then, it means that she didn't make the cut off mark and she was trying to cut corners. It still her fault.

The school is not to be blamed because they warned each candidate beforehand. The school has a policy of reviewing each candidates ission intensively in their penultimate year that is were most people are caught and shown the door. Do you still think the school is to be blamed?

Ever met many who were victims without been the issue? A friend almost got his certificate revoked because his school gave him a wrong WAEC result. It was a typographical error and the school had initially blacklisted his certificate. It took his High School to write and show proof because they had a copy of the notification if result he signed for and some affidavits to clear him.

Try restrain from generalizing in situations such as this because you do not have the full details.

Congrats dear. I started Pharmacy at OAU but engineering was my ion. I left it for engineering. I still dey thank God till today. We must go for our ion so as to be relevant in life not studying course because of someone else. That's my opinion sha. We must not follow the multitudes.

Happened to a friend back in school. 400L, we were called for final clearance. We had to face s...it wasnt a funny one eh. Well we all almost made it. My friend, a lady didnt. It was so sad,I mean, we were getting ready to write final exams. She had to go to Lag to start all over. Sad ish...but she took it in good faith and I knw she did good where she went to.

Is like you didn't enter the school with genuine results.. and could not meet up before you graduate... But everything na still vanity up on vanity
