That Alone will make you to be loosing and staking high money...me I planed I won't play virtual this year...and since then I have been maintaining it...apart from one I escorted my friend there I ended up loosing 4h...that's all since this year...and what will help you to stop it is to keep away from betting shop...create a betting and be betting live matches at home...
