Yes u are on the right track...but in that mail fintiba sent to you..didn't they ask u to Confirm if the your bank is still active? Cos in my case they asked me to wait for embassy reply and also asked me to confirm if my is still active..

Yes .however,u will get another mail from them after about two days(working days ) that embassy has given them the documents they need to close ur block ,hence u are required to confirm to them if the which the money came from is still active.
Note: your refunds will not be made until u confirm to them that it is active.

Yes You can open a BA and wait. You just need your port for verification. But don't for any reason fund it until you have gotten AD even if you belong to CAT A.

Many schools will waive IELTS/TOEFL if your undergraduate degree was taught in English. Some will require an official letter from your university confirming this.

I am presently applying to schools. No ission yet. I am presently saving as well. Keeping money in the Bank dormiciallary can sometimes make you withdraw to spend during times of need. So my question is should i open a Blocked AC now and start saving my money there on a monthly basis? that way i would not spend it. I have a specified amount i deduct from monthly salary for my savings. If yes, can i open Finitiba? Your is much appreciated!!
