tourphland:Western Ontario is rated as one of the best Universities in Canada. Don't know much about Saskathewa, but likely the law program will be highly competitive to get into as well. They give priority to Canadian citizens and may have limited space for international students. You might want to look at Universities that are not as competitive. Instead of wasting money applying for ission, you may want to do a diploma instead and wait until you become a permanent resident before you attempt to do a Masters in law. 1 Like 1 Share |

Ca4real:The cut-off score for the last draw was 350. You would have needed 25 more point to make the cut-off. In regard to NOC 1241, it is one of the NOC's they have excess applicants and the quota for that NOC may be limited. So, your chances of being nominated may be slim. You should trying taking a french test to increase your score. |

RuudVanNisteroy: Well done bro You doing a great job Please what advise can you give lovers that intends to marry? What is the best route for the one in Nigeria to migrate to canada? The guy has PR in Toronto and the lady works with a multinational company in portharcourt as a contract staff... Should the guy first visit home for the marriage rite including court marriage and travel afterwards to file for his spouse visa? if this is preferable then for how long would it take the Canadian authorities to grant it? Months or years besides what are the chances? She feel skeptic about the denial stuff hence causing the newly married to be apart for however long... not Healthy at all Alternatively, do you consider a student visa route for her perhaps a diploma certificate in a good uni, just to cross over and then do the needful (marriages plus filing)... Of course, i know the visit or tourist visa can not be easily obtained or what to do you think? The sole aim is for them to unite after marriage... Guys Your suggestions and advise will be highly appreciated. Thanks 1 Like |

Ca4real:You need to show you have cash or cash equivalents that can be converted to cash immediately. You can use your mutual fund if it can easily be converted to cash to fund your studies. |

1b8m: I am really amazed when the vast majority of Nigerians (who obviously cannot fork out 10M naira for PG studies) desire to study in those countries in the bold. The funding opportunities are limited and scholarships are neither here or there. Why don't you write the GRE (ace it due to your quant background) and aim at the US where funding opportunities are limitless? |

Arhmiee: As long as you stick to the stipulations for being granted a student visa you should be fine. The main one is working hours per week during term time. On a student visa the take it that your main priory for being in the UK is for study. So if you're doing more than 20 hours a week during term time, that calls into question if you're thee to study or work. During school holidays however, you can do more than the 20 hours a week. ps: I just sent you a message. I have also applied to Hertfordshire to do MSc. Adult Nursing. |

adamsomotola: Many University websites explain this process very explicitly because only you can tell your story. Please utilize the internet smartly, there are tons of free resources you can get on it. If you learn faster from watching videos like I do, then save money for subscriptions and watch videos on YouTube. See links below as a guide. I don't understand why you think if 7000 persons got student visas, then it must be all over the news. We have a population of over 200 million. Definitely, at the very least there are over 7000 students out there with parents/guardians wealthy enough to provide the sponsorship enough to get a student's visa. Skymoore1004: |
