I use the 4G networks of both MTN, Airtel and GLO on my own phone.

That's cuz you're in an area where MTN band 7 is. If you go to where there's no band 7, you won't get MTN LTE netw cuz China version doesn't band 20 of MTN

I ordered a redmi airdot 2 months a go and .yet to get it, I tracked it, and it displayed "failed delivery". When I then created a dispute with AliExpress, they said they've delivered it and I'll need to show them proof that it was returned to refund me my money.

I went to the post office on Friday, and they told me the parcel haven't been delivered, they also said there tech guy isn't around to help me check their system, please how do I now check if it has been delivered Laidis, cos AliExpress self have given me deadline or they release my money to the seller, please urgent suggestions, thank you.

Your item is with NIPOST if your tracking says FAILED DELIVERY. Go back and give them your tracking number or print the tracking page with the tracking details and give them. Address them with respect, no do gragra o. If they insist they haven't received it, ask them to give you official declaration that it hasn't been received by them. It's either they give you your item or they give you the declaration (with NIPOST letterhead).

Again, only your local NIPOST can logged your item as failed delivery, which means, they've received it. Note the date it was logged as such.
