For which device? You can't get QC 3.0 for that rate but if you can add N500, will give you USAMS 10w (both adapter and cable+delivery) for 2500.

The question of which is a better phone is subjective. Depends on what you want in a phone. Both have pros and cons.

The pro has a slightly bigger screen and battery with a faster processor.

Redmi note 8/8T have the Snapdragon processor (unlike the Pro with Mediatek processor) which some are biased towards because of more community as per ROMs, GCAM, as well as power management. If you get the T variant you have Glo 4G band 28 as you do on the pro version.

I'm not big about taking pictures so I may not be the best person to ask about that, or any of these for that matter. I think the pro has a slightly better camera hardware than the note 8, but I don't think the GCAM for the Pro is as robust as the note 8. Please confirm this.

If performance/gaming is more your thing and you don't care about Mediatek or Snapdragon, you may go for the Pro.

If you're into experimenting with different custom ROMs,GCAM or have a Snapdragon bias. You may want to go for the Note 8/8T.

I don't think you can go wrong with either, but which of them you choose should depend on what you like to do with your phone.
