Whenever I read some of you guys comment I begin to ask myself what in the world do you guys know?
Presiding over a judgment does not mean the judgement was solely done by her. She merely read the judgement which could be done by any of the judges . Supreme court decision is not done by by one person. You guys should stop living in an archaic world. On the hand, in as much we all wanted a change in Bayelsa, APC should be blamed for lack of internal democracy. They simply pick anybody they like and begin to campaign. PDP noticed that weakness and capitalised on it. And God forbid that supreme court had refuted the right decision. It does not matter how many people voted for him, what counts at the end is the right process. And If you guys are abusing this woman at this period , the truth is clear that you are all trying to influence judiciary judgment. Any protester of the supreme court judgment either by APC or PDP should all be arrested for trying to influence the judgement of the supreme court. What do you mean by unconstitutional. Do you really understand the matter at hand, forgery. In a saner country the deputy governorship candidate will be answering questions as to how he has several names on his publicly tendered document and even the governor & party as whole

APC as a body failed to screen their candidate properly or felt that impunity will prevail. Note that this is a pre election matter which should have been resolved before election but APC choose to get a court injunction on the eve of the election, which is not supreme.

To directly give response to you comment;
1. To stand for election you must meet all the requirement set by INEC which is empowered by the constitution
2. The requirement includes possessing the requisite academic qualification, evidenced by a certificates
3. One of the conditions to be a governor is, you must have a deputy and vice visa .i.e no governor without deputy or deputy without governor
4. Since both are tly standing for the election under a party, a fault in one, is a fault by the other

The APC deputy governorship candidate should have perfected his document or step aside to avoid this mess, but their lawyers would have told them that they have a good case.

1) forgery was not conclusively proven in that case.if you look at the judgment,the judges speculated and inferred prematurely.there was no solid fact proving forgery.read that judgment again.it was a 50 50 case and apc used bad lawyers.
