It is advisable to use silk or satin paints on a screed wall. This is because it makes the wall smooth and satin or silk paint is washable d durable.

If walls are unscreeded, you could use any good quality emulsion.
If screeded, you may use matte or satin for inside depending on cost and your preference for sheen and you may use matte for external.
You may also use good quality textcoat for external if unscreeded. It's also very durable. The keyword is good quality because you wouldn't want a textured paint that peels off in patches and you can't apply textcoat over textcoat unlike other flat types of paint.

Sharp sand = 12k per trip

Cement = N2,500 from warehouse

6" solid block = N130

Block setting labour = N45 - N55 per block

The prices can vary but not too much.

Imaging what a family asked me to pay at parafa-ikorodu before I could build in the land they sold to me. Foundation #60k, Iwe-ebi #150k, Crops/grass #40k, Security #60k, decking #150k, Roofing #60k, Akowe/Youth #50k, Fencing #70k. This is coming after you might have paid for the land. The government should do something about this especially Lagos government

Please try to negotiate with them, if they refuse take your case to Lagos State attorney Office land task force department. You don't have any obligation to pay them that much, you can negotiate acceptable with both of you. Before you take your case to authority, make sure you have relevant documentation to prove ownership of the land.
