Good morning house , my past recurrent post these few days has been on apologia trends which it's only human to forgive after pouring out various grievance .. Forgiveness is divine for a blissful live & let live colony ! I applaud y'al in various roles played and I promise to definitely work on my lil flaw ! C'mon I didn't leave a woman to do all battery carrying if truth be told as I ed I was in the said site more than once and also aided in carrying batteries upstairs which I usually use aboki assistance for in so many sites/estate jobs but am deeply sorry if the poster wasn't just happy .. I am not usually the long typing typing or thesis writer type like a thespian due to nature of our tasking job but let's collectively pardon my human errors with all sincerity !

I lastly say "AM DEEPLY SORRY" once again my NL people & Good morning alongside a blissful weekend ahead all!

That's the problem with many nigerian service providers. Once they start providing services, they start to see themselves as small gods that must be worshipped. They start treating customers any how because they believe it is just one customer. They think maltreating one customer will not stop others from coming.

Actually, it doesn't stop others from coming. The Nigerian market still has a lot of folks who don't bother about checking up online reviews and rants.
Until poor customer service is punishable by law or well documented in official databases, we will keep on seeing things like this playing out all the time.
Also, we entertain a lot of sentiments in our daily lives that deter us from objective analysis. That's also why we have bad leaders all over the place. Sentiments!

The truth of the matter is that it is just a matter of time before nemesis catches up with him. I laughed when I saw him referred to my post as stale and even denied. Somebody's saved money stale. He was supposed to even be the one to install the batteries but He stood us up for good 3 days. He told us on the third day he was already coming only for my husband to drive down all the way from Ajah to meet up with him. He was not done with what he was doing but still left so that He will not be the one delaying him only for him to get home in the afternoon and waited for hours. We called him numerous times but He did not pick. It was around 8 when he finally picked our call that He said He couldn't make it because He was busy somewhere else. I will try to look for the post though its been long to see if I can still see it and I will post here. Told him my husband only believe in brand new batteries hence the reason why I want to be sure ifs fairly new as posted and He over assured me sef. No sense of empathy, told us the instead of calling him, we should go and call the installer to come and do it well. If he is sure it is the repairer, why did He not show up to re-install the batteries even when my husband offered to pay him for the service. Today, those batteries do not last 30 minutes if you have tv and one energy saving bulb on.

We have moved on though and even plan to get new set of batteries soon but He should realise that this world is a very small place and you get in folds whatever you give out to people.
