This will be a toughie. The actual wood seller, Baba Raimi, uses one small Techno phone like this. Doesn’t go on the web or knows Nairaland.

What you’ll likely get are 3rd party contractors. Some are good and some are bad, historically. All will add to the cost.

chief, install the railings before tiling...the railing installer will need to drill the floor few inches to get the railings stucked and held firmly to the floor and wall..

Before or after filing doesn’t matter. A pro will make it work. Look for a true professional.

What you want determine, location also, get ur drawing from Dennis3D or Darenyx, met with a QS & Engineer.

3 or 4bdroom with visitors room, study room, cinemas, etc many thing involved discuss with an architect.

I don't think it matters if done by a professional. I installed my railings after tilling and one can hardly tell which came first. Talking out of experience.
In my opinion, tilling should come first because it's easier for the rail guy to cut the tiles without leaving a mess than for the tiler to cut the tiles in perfect shape for the rail stand.

You don't need to pay 2000naira for the labourer after paying 50naira for each block. 30naira is payment for the bricklayer while 20naira is payment for the labourer.

It prevents the floor from breaking in weak soil eg Waterlogged soil and RAFT foundation.

If your building is a residential ON GOOD / SOILD soil and normal strip foundation - you don't need it.
