1) You need to consider the brand of the particular AC and the condition, after many buy things that gives them problems and complains here, what do we really do? Condemn forth n bacj, but the problem remains that of the buyer.

2) Where is 1.5 split AC sold lesser than 40k 45k? If you can point me, I can add that to my research field, not 1hp o, if you'd get it at a really lower process, I guess its no testing and buyer will be cool with what it turns out to be after. There's a particular home appliances thread I came across that someone kept quoting all posts stating that the stuffs the guy sells are faulty n repaired stuff which will most likely give buyer problems afterwards as his 2 AC purchased turned out same.

3) Cheapest 1.5hp AC, Syinix n other brands not popular or known for quality yet goes for I think 80-85k, is 40-45k little money to add to that and buy a new one?

I didn't tell anyone their item is bad,I just pointed out reasons and facts why you shouldn't wake up, come her and post ridiculous prices. I can't say about AC, but my neighbor bought freezer there and you seriously don't want to hear the story, even though tested and working well, some appliances are like that, and the distance, the effort and tike you'd most likely use to be parading up and down.

The seller in the munched pic either sources from Alaba or warehouse, and that's even for higher price than some sold here.
Purchases from source not direct are 50-50, direct could also be 50-50 if seller isn't sincere. But there's a wide angle of comparison between direct items and Alaba n co.

So I ed this seller last week and he sent me pictures , he assured me the compressor picks but doesnt chill , I made a costly mistake by dealing with this guy on trust , he sent me a dead fridge , I paid 10k for logistics , my technician examined this morning and found out the compressor doesn't even work at all , nothing works , not even the freezer fan , I called seller back and he told me he declared on the post that the fridge is non working . I asked for a refund so I could return the dead casing back to him , he declined , I'll take this as my own share of scams , but I warn everyone not to deal with anyone again without physical examination of items . this guy has breached my trust and we can't deal on anything again .

Wow. Sorry about this. Some weeks ago I ed someone here for SONY sound system that he d. I went for pick-up and when I got home I realized it doesn't play DVD, only CD and other functions. I felt really bad because it was supposed to be something I'd give to family to use. And he never said it here that it had that issue.

I ed him and he told me to use DVD cleaner. Wheeew! I just counted my losses and moved on. Got a brand new one instead.

So even with physical inspection, there's still a chance things will go wrong, but physical inspection is still the way to go.

if you are in Lagos, just holla me any Saturday and I'll take you to where you'll select 1.5HP AC's for 45K. You'll test them and even select from large pool of options. Personally, I buy new things and know my way around various markets, from new to used, to scrap. My point is, if you have an item to sell at market price, create a thread for it. Don't come here and post it as clearance, meanwhile the price is the norm at the market place. For the AC, I wasn't referring to anyone, I just sited an instance
