How easy is it for someone to work as Health care aide and also study for nursing at d same time.

I don't know how easy it is but majority take this route and they don't have two heads.
HCA - less than one year study. Start work immediately after
LPN- two year study
RN- two year study of topping off LPN at school your alma mater has agreement with.

This kind of weather makes someone prefer to remain indoors. Is anybody doing online business full time?

Indoors at-6? Lol.

This is barbecue weather please. A good number of people don't wear real jackets. Some folks even wear shorts!

Good morning everyone,

please my spouse and I have only done court marriage and our parents weren’t in the picture. Would it raise red flags?

Even though we have answers to other questions but we are worried about this. Please if you have added your spouse with only court marriage, kindly provide a cue.

Do you mind if I ask a question about A, etc. I have an undergrad degree in Materials Engr but I worked in Nigeria for 3 years as a Strategy Analyst..Then I came to the US and got an MBA and Master of Finance. Now, I work (less than a year) as a Financial Analyst (my job is like a 50/50 blend of ing and FP&A). My question is will I be able to do A without an ing degree? Will my Master of Finance suffice? I am avoiding doing a A in the US since I am not sure of staying here and Canada is most likely my final abode. Please advise, thanks.

Yes you can do the A without an ing degree (and with or without MS Finance).

I know there are mosquitoes in Alberta, Sask and Manitoba. I can't say for other provinces. They just suck blood like the naija ones. The bites are very itchy too.

Atleast, they don't give malaria cheesy

alphaNomega:

But... How do they survive the subzero temperatures?!
You won't see them in Winter, but they are very active from May to Sept or October.

Just like grizzly bears, they hide in holes and hibernate cheesy. Eggs laid in water also freeze all through winter, but starts to hatch when the weather is warm enough. They have learnt survival skills to thrive in Canada.

Hello guys, going through this thread has been so helpful I am so grateful. How feasible is it for one to get into Medical school with a first degree in a science course from Nigeria? Or are there other courses you would advise should be done first for a higher chance of getting itted? I'm open to advise from all, thanks for your anticipated response.

It could be likened to a camel and needle parable, but applied in this case to issions into a medical school.
Not impossible but extremely hard.

I'm planning something similar. It's literally impossible except you have a near perfect gpa, crazy MCAT score, outstanding research experience, and amazing extra curricular activities. So I'm actually planning to do a second bachelors degree and aim for all that. It's a calculated risk.
By the way, most med schools do not have any prerequisite courses for ission. And any degree is fine.

Let's be cognisant of the info we give out here. Salary/Income Tax is higher in Alberta
For a $75K salary job, your Average tax rate is:
Alberta:
Marginal tax rate: 30.50%
Average tax rate: 25.38%

Ontario:
Marginal tax rate: 29.90%
Average tax rate: 25.23%

Also do a comparison Salaries: https://ca.indeed.com/salaries/certified-public-ant-Salaries,-Ontario

Also, the opportunities (by statistics ) and probability of landing your dream job quickly are much higher in Ontario. Even you have alluded to the cooling economy in Alberta.

Hello all,

Please ooo, for people in Ontario, are there remote jobs I can do for now? I am heavily pregnant and may not be able to work long hours but I need to do something. I am also considering taking a course but I still don't know which one is more lucrative.

I studied ing, have my ACCA, but I have about 4years experience in Banking only.

Biko, any suggestion is welcome.
