1. partner with private firms (GoOkada, Opay and so one)

2. those private partners will profile all it riders and send the data to the state govt (any bike not ed with GoOkada should not allowed to move

3. doing 1 and 2 above, will help the state govt to know the numbers of riders in Lagos and also know number of riders moving into Lagos.

Good idea and that is why other ports needs to be opened. You can go and find out, ports comes with job creation and it would also raise the revenue of that state. If lagos must be decongested then Government needs to dredge other ports but mind you that would also reduce the revenue being generated in lagos.

Interesting... Lagos state government is building a mega city but failed to that there are lots of touts in that same Lagos who turn okada riders just to stay away from idleness. Now you take away their source of livelihood and want them to be law and abiding. Expect more crime if this ban isn’t done the right way.

commercial okada and keke should be banned nationwide. okada and keke are not solutions to transport problems. most youths refuse to learn works because they make money thtough okada or keke business. i have seen carpenters, electricians , bricklayers who abandon their trade for okada business.
