How do NYSC group people into the different batches? I would like to go with batch C this year. Do I have to do the registration when it starts or skip for a latter one(if there is any)?

NYSC does not do the grouping but it's down to you and your educational institution. i.e. if you have no issues with results, completing your clearance on time, ing for NYSC mobilization in your school, etc and your educational institution has to compile a list of qualified candidates which will be ed on the Senate list.
If you want to batch C then you'll have to wait for some time before you start clearance and for mobilization.

You can travel anywhere but mind u incase of any incident or incidence,NYSC has no hand in it... Moreover,how are u going to do ur clearance?

Yes you can change your local government and it's not a must you meet your LGI but it's the official way. Abuja has nothing to do with changing your ppa.

Yes it's possible to be working while serving. All you need is to work it out to the state your current job is at then you either use your office as ppa or as a second ppa.

Lol I don't think your LGI can do much here, but you can give it a try. Why i say he might not do much is because your ppa is the one paying you for the service you render in their school and not NYSC.

Can we have at least 3hours break daily cos i trade in forex and will like to be online during the day, I do not need night time breaks cos I'll use that time to sleep

Also There is this thing about having lectures that could last 5hrs lol, can I use my phone while the lecture is going on?

I would suggest you to be patient with them but keep reminding them of the debt, you can also discuss with your LGI so you'll know what he will suggest you do. If it were NYSC that's owing you, it'll be so easy to get your money.
