Nobody really wish to throw away money just that Naija factor has made it in such a way that if you don't have a connection, you can't get a job. The only means of getting a good job is to buy a slot. I've seen agencies selling slots for #3 million each few weeks ago & within two days, we were told the slots has been sold-out...if you don't have the mind to let go such amount of money, many people are willing to do so.It's such a pity.

It depends on the person. Some don't collect anything till you get your APL, while some insist on full payment before anything (most are scammers) some also ask for 50% upfront while you balance up once you get your APL.

I want to teach 10 people here how to make money from writing, web design or any skill you can think of. It is not an quick invest thingy. You have to use your skill.
