I need advice on a final decision from a realistic POV.
My brother is currently in police training school as a recruit to out as a constable.

With his degree he also made it to the interview which he performed well, also he is confident that he will make it through with prayers.
The thing now is when he finally gets this KDSG job he doesn't want to contemplate at all to leave the training school for it. He has his reasons for leaving the police force but I told him their pay is about to get better by far. He also said he isn't sure if his papers are going to be upgraded in the force that's why.
Instead of the stressing and all the police wahala he hopes for this KDSG job big time.
Please guys what are your take on this.

We know it's hard...we know the police work is dangerous most especially as a constable because basically they do most of the hard work....but look at the bright side.

A graduate taking up the job of a constable just for sustainability with no assurance of full integration and promotion upon the presentation of certificate in near transition. I'm ashamed of this country called Nigeria!! Our political class are sharing the juicy positions and we're being left with Npower and Job of meagre amount. It won't be long now.
Having said that,I'll second the position of the chief above me. If KD jobs comes in handy,he should resign from police force. No one really like to work with that cursed agency anyways.

Hopefully after their interview we may be next.

sincerely I have no idea. but I knw its going to take some time to screen over 10,000 Applicants.

They are far more in number.

According to the list, they are 14,000 +.
But I think the teachers recruitment interview have nothing to do with our own. It's not the same set of people that are conducting it

The secondary school teachers recruitment is totally different from ours. infact they did their paper exams in January this year.
