It may be your file number if you filled the FCSC form along side your CV.

FCSC only deal with recruitment into Federal Ministries and BPP. If you are seeking employment into Ministry, then you are on track.....

Federal Character Commission is the agency of government responsible for granting approvals, waivers and ensuring that fairness and other federal character principles are reflected in the recruitment of government parastatals.

Nevertheless, a Commissioner at FCSC is influential enough to help you pull the necessary strings to ensure you get a place in any of the parastatals.
