Take bold steps. Your Reps/Senators/Ministers are there for you. It is humans like you that approach them for help.

Improve your networking......reach out to more people to help out. Don't keep quiet. Exceed your limits. Challenge yourself. It's not everyone who got a good federal job that knew somebody. Some were just dogged and determined in their pursuit. Too many of such stories, I cannot start narrating here.

You like better thing.....I don't have figures for EFO but I know for sure it is a very great place. I'll confirm and revert to you. NAPIMS is a subsidiary of NNPC, they use same structure.

Walk in....

Hold an extra copy of your CV for acknowledgement. Try to lobby a staff and get their so they can keep you updated. Get the CEO/DG/MD/ES/EVC's (or whatever they use there) number if you can.

A director can easily access the Perm. Secretary or Hon. Minister for further assistance. He might even have friends in other MDAs that can be helpful. Maybe your uncle just has a lot on his hands or isn't the type who is given to asking people for help.

A director can help him secure a job under federal civil service commission, this I'm very sure of except he hates people and doesn't have friends. Like Engrbriggs said, depending on his relationship and connection, he can even help him secure a job in very good agencies.

I don't even know what you mean by secret recruitment. Did they place any advertorials for the 3800 they have employed thus far? Aint all the recruitments 'secret' as such? I'm sure if they placed adverts, they would have received no less than 2 million applications. That's how bad the issue of unemployment is...

Some of the agencies you are asking for their pay packages have already been addressed on previous pages. @TammyAnybody and others did a great job trying to put people in the know.

Checking on previous pages will not hurt anyone. I cannot and indeed no one can have the exact pay packages of over 600 FG MDAs off heart. Even those working at OAGF (IPPIS) or NSIWC will have to check the books most times to give the most accurate information.

I may have rough figures and maybe exact figures for some but it is definitely like a drop in the ocean compared to the number of existing MDAs. For one reason or another, there are many public servants on Nairaland who are privy to this trend but do not want to disclose their salaries. For reasons best known to them, they won't even disclose when their parastatal is recruiting.

See how I silenced those ones asking for when payment will commence after IPPIS. I simply asked one to tell us what agency he captured for and everyone disappeared. Many are acting as though informing others of an ongoing recruitment will reduce their chances or maybe their new office will retrieve their appointment letters from them if they let others knew where they got employment. Hehehehe

That's why I had to commend @Hannae and few other selfless persons here. Everyone will be alright eventually.

Going forward, I'll like to focus on just giving information on ongoing recruitments. If I have information on pay packages/salary structures, I will still share my knowledge.
