i have heard series of cases where they say a nursing mother who doesn't menstrate during lactation is free from unwanted pregnancy.How true is this and what is the probability.Advice please

Even if it is true, medical personnel will say it is not 100% sure. So realistically if it is 99.99% sure that 0.01% can still get you pregnant...
