Who created this topic? It's like saying some countries can be recolonised. Apartheid is gone for good. For anyone to even think of Apartheid means that means lacks futuristic think. In many solutions it's apartheid that can be thought of. Why not all African countries cutting diplomatic ties with SA. AU should first address the low human development index in Africa.

Dont you know that when you are abroad, once one person in your community keep commiting crime, the people of that country will think all people in that community do that because nobody in your community is telling them to stop

now ask your self this if anybody catches you and blame another person's crime on you while u are innocent how would you feel or react? We have have hundreds of drug dealers in Nigeria from various countries but do u see us attacking their innocent nationals?
