"Inverted Speaker", It means you labelled the speaker of a statement wrongly.

The africard is for withdrawing ur money directly from PayPal instead of selling to exchangers. Not linking africard does not affect ur payment from last week. Just try and link even if it's ur MasterCard for now even though u can't withdraw with it then when u are ready to withdraw u go and get the africard.

Bro.. I had this thought yesterday. Exactly. Like the Scc calls at night of late. Or maybe due to America time zone though. Maybe that's when the American companies forward the calls to them.
