Because Kano state Government Ban Okada riders at the helm of this APC Government regime. They want the book haram boys to take their Okada to the south where they will start another propaganda war. While Kano state is left to blossom.

Why not lift the Kano state ban on Okada riders and allow them ply their trade over there after all Kano state is also populated like Lagos.
