Without fear, favour or any intimidation, I want to ascend with clarity and capacity under the president of NANS; comrade Danielson Bamidele Akpan unto the plea to make Mrs Mary Katugwa as the Director General (DG) of Industrial training fund (ITF). Mrs Mary Katugwa has been inducted in the hall of fame some months ago under the leadership of NANS before the emergence of NANS president. The social responsibility of industrial training fund is to assist student who are at various levels of education in various institutions to undergo some trainings either 3 months or 6 months.

Upon the leadership acumen and istrative positivism of Mrs Mary Katugwa, the industrial training fund area officer in Lagos, she has shown in all ramifications that she is a mother to all by establishing a link for students whom are major benefactor of the scheme for input. To this end, we appeal to President Muhammad Buhari who is a leader per excellence, a man that stood out of many president Nigeria we have had in this country to fight corruption to engage Gender sensitivity in the Industrial training fund (ITF) and to quickly see Mrs Mary Katugwa as an agent towards social change and development. we appeal to the legislators and President to see her as a brain box. Today, she is a contributor to student welfare and up-keep. We stand out as many to lay a peaceful agitation for her appointment as Industrial training fund chairman.
