Please I got a small challenge and I'd appreciate any help I can get. I got a brand new mi a2 from Ali. The phone is not booting properly,as in the very first time I tried powering the phone after charging. It's still stuck on the Android logo then it restarts booting again and this cycle continues. Since 21st August I got the phone
for my brother I've not been able to use it. I haven't ed through the process of opening dispute before or how long itd take to solve. The seller was saying it's a fork from two separate updates that were pushed.

Please anyone who can help me solve this problem I will really appreciate it.

My brother's birthday was 27th August and it ruined it for him.

I need help. Anyone please!

Clearing cache might not even fix it. I had to use a VPN before I could update or apps from playstore yesterday.
