Most people here have answered you and I think their answers are valid.

Find out if your school allows prospective students to enroll online. If it is so, then you should enroll online and then book an appointment with the embassy using December as your start date.

If your School insists you must enrol in person, then try to get them to defer your ission. But still try your hands at booking for an appointment. Who knows, you might just get lucky with a surprise date.

Above all, pray to God. He makes all things perfect. I wish you the best.

please in the case you're require to enroll in person despite the school said you are permitted to come November and have book since July 7 while my enrollment date was Sept 23 and yet no AD what should I do
