Nevertheless, you can pray in all the four direction when you are in the Kaabah. It is acceptable. The only acceptable prayer is Nafila, and not obligatory prayer.
You can pray in any Direction. However, it is preferable to face in the direction of Maqaam-E-Ibrahim.
Else whatever direction he/she chose for the prayer inside the Ka'bah is a qiblah.

Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake. John 14:11
and lastly, Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am. John 8:58.
