Oga, we don't know what's between you and Donparosky. Diversion or no diversion, I can only intervene if you've paid him and breach the contract. People are in the house that ready to supply you if you're ready but buyer quoting price for seller is suspicious. One can only get oil at 8k in few places in southern part of the country but saying oil is 8k in Kano is a scam. Anyway Osun is 8.5k, if just #200 I will add as profit before transporting it to Kano. If you need oil increase your buying price, may be that's y Donparosky moved oil to better State.

Does anyone have 2015 data as regards palm oil prices. I want to co-relate and see how this idea of Buhari not appointing ministers early can affect the palm oil industry. I need to know if the prices fluctuated as of 2015 the way it did last yr(2018) or if it kept increasing in an upward trend.

No correlation between Fed govt ministerial appointment and local palm oil prices. Note that without those ministers, permanent secretaries are doing the work. But CORRELATION EXIST BETWEEN QUNANTITY OF IMPORTED PALM OIL AND LOCAL PALM OIL PRICES.

Price skyrocketed not because of late appointment of ministers. It was largely due to govt policies on Forex and restrictions on importation.
