The output voltage is low about 130V. When I start it, it shows 200v+ on the display and drops to about about 130v - 150v. I have to turn off my fridge as my lights flicker if the fridge is starting. If I try to increase the voltage on the carburetor area, the voltage doesn't get past 160v and it gets so noisy.

The previous AVR fluctuates voltages. Then I asked my previous engineer to change it. Its after the replacement and works like a week then the above issue started.

I just wish I can get someone who's consistent with TEC Generators.

Good day professor please I want to get a generator that can power my industrial sewing machine, will use it and TV alone when using the generator. But when I am not using the machine I will use a 150L freezer and TV on it and other minor household stuff like laptop, phone charging and fan. Please is lutian 3.2~3.5 kva okay for it
I may once in a while use iron separately on it, by separately I mean off every other thing and use it on the generator
The sewing machine is
400w 1/2hp
Vamp: 268A

Iron is: 1300w

And can you please give me of a generator dealer thank you.

You mean power output?

What is the spec of the Firman?

Could be a defective avr or capacitor - it depends on that which you are referring to.

If you have a PZ office in your city, I'd recommend you take it there as they do repair services with those who knows what they are doing.

Please i found something that baffles me today. My generator voltages drop as i turn things on.

So after the AVR my engineer installed start giving a low voltage, i decided to put back my fluctuating AVR that came with gen, then tuned the voltage to around 220v. I was suppose to test a Lead Acid Battery charger i got. So i turned on my Refrigerator and noticed the charger was not doing well, i tested the socket voltage and it reads 155v. I was amazed, went to turn off the refrigerator, read the socket again and it has rose again to 218v, turned on the fridge again and the socket voltage dropped.

Is it supposed to be like that?

Also would like to know some info about the AVR. The one marked RED is the unit installed by my engineer, the BLUE marked one is the replaced AVR, they are different and i didnt see it when the installation was done. Anyone know where i can get a genuine AVR with the exact clip as the BLUE marked one.

I've owned one for three years plus now. Been very reliable. Eats capacitors, though. Only engine related issue was an oil seal leak a few weeks ago that I fixed for like 1k5.
