Well i didn't quite write my SOP well sincerely after reading threads since April, but there is a link between sociology and public istration provided i can state it as there is a social aspect of it which i didn't do as my sister just said we just just keep it simple which i think was a bad idea. In fact i didn't make any link sef but there is so i will do justice to that.

Sorry about the refusal. Now this had been my stand concerning GCMS note: it can not be far from the generic reasons as your case clearly shows here. I read it over and over again and I was still seeing the both as same but in different English construction.

Anyway, to my little advice or suggestion,
1. Third party is a no no for me though some have used it and got approved. But thank God you are correcting that now by using your dad. Please if you haven't paid your skol fees even if it's for a term, kindly increase either Your Own (2.5m) to at least 4m or more or your Dads own to 10m or more. But I prefer Your Own because the VO this days tends to pay more focus on your own.
2. I can't see your port or your LOE/SOP but I believe that is where the issue of travel history is. Look well and rearrange that.
3. I will say you shot yourself on the leg by having a BSc in Sociology and now going to study . I also sure according to what the VO wrote that you were unable to convince him as regards this. And that was what brought about the "purpose of visit" and he went on the explain in the GCMS note that a) poorly documented and b) the expense does not worth it. What you need to do here is a) that program I am not okay with, get another one if possible. b) to write a good SOP/LOE that will link or explain the link of your previous degree + current job + the program you are going for in Canada.
4. Get at least one or more assets in your name apart from that of your dad.
Now I have never typed these long here, so I can't say more even though I wish to. But the power of your app is in your LOE/SOP. Abeg no ask me to help, I no good but I understand the logic as I don learn from the gurus in the house.

A normal Canadian TRV (Visitor Visa)

What do you mean? Please explain better. If it is what I am thinking as in a visitor visa, then yeah you need to apply for a study permit and the process is independent of the TRV you have.

Your visiting visa is different from TRV and the TRV application will be treated differently. You having a visiting visa to Canada is not a guarantee of getting TRV so make sure you package your TRV app very well. As for the processing time, it will not change

Nigerians hope you are aware of what have be going on now even the news is everywhere that 70 percent of Nigerians are submitting Fake documents especially Statements . Because of that the Canada immigration as set up a body secretly to ensure there is proper security background check especially in Nigeria and which is the main reason most port that where sumited for stamp as of April till now as been delay, taken more longer than before just to stamp..

This is what they do now. Once you applied for visa and your application will still go through the normal process and after they have finalize your applications including your documents and if your applications meet the requirement you will be granted approve and ask to sumit your port for stamp .

Once you sumit your port for stamp it will be process and the Nigeria immigration here will now do there own local 2nd background check which require more authentic verification on your sumited documents. ing your banks including sponsore bank brach head office to confirm if your statement of that you sumited is legit and other documents as well even to the extend they do ask bank to the sponsoreship if truly he or she is the one that stand for you as a sponsore. With all this proper 2nd background check it take them time as they check every documents you sumited and this is done locally within Nigeria not Kenya or Canada so be ready..

After all the proper check up then if they found out you sumit a counterfeit bank statements or fake document. Then they will mail you directly from Lagos immigration officer that you submitted a counterfeit bank statements and give you 10 days or more to defend. So don't think you can scope them because they have done there re-search properly before they you to defend it : As for the penalty is 5 years banned or more with red flag .. also it will affect your visa profile and difficult to enter top countries that share the same data base with them like , US, Australia, UK and more of them ....



Please if you are applying through agent that they do grant people Canada visa approve and charge you high .. there is no shortcuts neither the agent is a brother of Canada president ooo. Don't allow the agent to spoil your visa reputation because they don't have anything to lose its you that will face the penalty oo and still lose your money you paid for package or sponsorship package ...

Canada is not heaven that you must die there , so if you know you are not fianacially strong and you have no good sponsoreship and you tried and no way , you can still try other countries that relate to your purpose of visit... maybe as a step stone
