You realize that xavi had already announced he was going to leave at the end of season, it wasn't the same for casillas. There was a lot of indecision at the end of the 2014/2015 season. Even Ancelotti wasn't sure if he would still be the coach. How can you prepare a send off for someone who you aren't sure is leaving?
