If women are equipped with penis, most would do thesame
Nature call is not something you can hold for long, most women would rush into bushes or hidden areas, squat partially or fully to do it if no public restroom is within the area, but most men would prefer to stand , bring out their glans penis and partially block it with their hands, stand and pee, myself for example will prefer restroom to gutters and walls but if non is available, i do the needful, like wise most females too but in a girl's case, she would prefer to find a hidden gutter, bushes, space...
A pregnant woman once rushed me, i thought she was in a hurry for something, only for her to throw her hand bag to the ground and answer nature call in a nearby gutter, i looked away and left, one even had to pee on a friend's parked car backside because it was hidden
The truth of the matter is, both men and women pee publicly when badly pressed, but women prefer hidden part of the public
