Which victory for Democracy? Democracy is based on majority or popular votes all over the world. This is government by minority votes and less or unpopular candidacy. In a party politics, the most popular & widely accepted wins & rules.
This is the reverse here. PDP is imposed by JUDICIARY on majority of Zamfara. This is not Democracy. If riots burst out in Zamfara now, Judiciary will not be seen here.

The party acted wrongly but the Judiciary is something else. This cannot happen in US. Few years to come they will start to complain of low voters turnout.

Apc had the majority vote hence they democratically won, but they did not follow the rule of law and that is the reason they lost.
But yes this a victory for PDP and I pray it is a blessing in disguise for zamfara.

For your information, I am from South West, Ogun State. The Celestine Omehia versus Amaechi case of 2007 comes to mind. What stopped Supreme Court from giving the Mandate to ANPP candidate? The other candidates from other parties went to Court to protest, nothing happened. They said the votes were for the party (PDP).

Next time, having wasted their votes, you expect them to come out for another election.
