You can use getresponse and build landing page without even domain name and hosting.
You are driving Visitors from facebook to that Landing page. Once they submit their email they will received a confirmation which will redirect them to the offer.

The email you collected is for you to follow them up with the offer because people are coming to facebook for social, they don't have the mind of buying. They just saw your advert and you need to build relationship.

You can even provide 5-10 pages eBook and you are telling them to that eBook. That eBook may be the reason they followed your ads from facebook and they are ready to drop their details to get it.
