Obafemi Martins who granted an interview to Daily Echo, disclosed that he can beat PSG's Kylian Mbappe in a 100 metres race. According to Obafemi Martins who was  ruled out of the season due to a hamstring injury, though Mbappe is currently regarded as one of the quickest players in world football, he will be beat him in a 100 metres race.

He said in the interview with Daily Echo;

 “He’d be left behind, don’t worry about that. I ran 100 metres in 10.8 seconds about two years ago. I don’t know what I’d clock now but I’m very confident about getting in behind defenders.”

I think the only Nigerian player who came close to his pace is Ikedia for those who still him.

Ronaldo's acceleration should be at the same range with Eto.

Again the "eye test argument" fails. How did watching carlos prove that he was faster than pre-injury or post-injury Ronaldo especially if they were teammates. See you can not know who is faster unless you have their speed data. By eye test how many persons will agree that sane or shane long is faster than salah, hazard or willian or that Pique is faster than say messi.
I watching a youtube highlight were Ronaldo blew past carlos in a game between madrid and barca..
If you say carlos is faster than delima, you provide their speed data(100m, 40m, 10m, Topspeed etc).
I am pretty sure mbappe has a better acceleration than martins. I thought know for their top speeds.
