Cool...for those that don't know the red thing he talked about..it's called notarization..if you are in abuja ,go to C.A.C in maitama to get it done on your police report..it is a must.. and if possible but not necessary you can notarize your certificate too....

If you're not in Beijing ( someone in Beijing), go to the police station and ask for police clearance (无犯罪记录证明 wu fanzui jilu zhengming). They would check your record in China and issue you the police clearance certificate.
