The thing weak me I wouldn't agree they are fraudulent but their service is crappy customer service sucks order placed since last month more than 20days now no update you call no response I regret patronising you guys if I can have my package I will stick to Chris Vic otherwise I leave you guys in God's hands

I agree with you bro, thought I'm the only one, I swear I'm regretting using Tugrow to bring in orders for me, paid since 24th of March, this is my first time of trying them, uptil now no update as regards my order, they are not even replying my chats either. Orders I made 4th of April after then on AliXpress has arrived since last week.

Can we just report them to the mod?
