Good afternoon all. Pls i came to hear your opinion on which phone is okay now. I use to have problem with my Android and am getting fed up. In 2016 i bought infinix note 3. The phone started giving me problem. I returned it to the company like three times. When it was January last year i sold it off. And i got another one in February Tecno k9. This one too started giving me issues July when i got to Nysc camp. The camera stopped working. The condition is now critical now, and an thinking of getting another one. Pls i need advice on which phone i can buy with 40k and it will last me. Thanks for your advice. And pls pardon me for any error when typing i can't see very well because the screen is faulty.

sometimes it's luck. The guy i sold my note 3 for is enjoying it and when i was using it i returned it to the factory like three times

There's no Tecno I've used that didn't have some sort of hardware failure eventually and it's usually camera related.

Avoid the Transsion holdings phones (Tecno, Infinix, Itel) and if durability is really a priority then consider getting a Nokia.

Go get a good phone brand. Newer model phones come with lots of problems. Reason why most known brand come expensive is because they've spent lots of money on research and development and know what works from what doesn't.

The TECNO you bought might be the cloned version cos I've used that phone and it lasted me well. You can get the new TECNO CAMON 11. Just add 9.5k to your budget.

I know a cloned phone when I see one.

The 1st phone I ever experienced a hardware failure with was an Infinix hot, back when they were a no name brand that no one would ever think to clone, it was both cameras, then there was the Tecno L6 with front camera hardware failure, terrible battery and a system that crashed if you used it for a while, then my cousin's Camon C5 with back camera failure and lines on the screen plus the degrading camera quality and then there was my Tecno W4 with front camera hardware failure and the speaker that got so quiet and distorted sound.

The Camon C5 was repaired by carlcare but developed the same problem again, I sold the W4 super cheap.

carl care should be able to fix this,take your device to them.

please never buy techno phone and infinix I'm a victim it's crap . 40k can get you umigidi a3 pro 3/32 GB fast charge 3300 ba3 dual camera android Oreo 13mp 30k or umidigi s2 4/64 37k or xiaomi 6 2/16 helio p22 30k

Am a big fan of techno phone and I never had any issue with any of them. Even this k9 u re complaining of, I use it for 7 months without any problem before I sold it and got d iPhone that am using now. I suggest u try another brand if possible go for a ginoer phone they have good ones now

Go for Xiaomi then.

I just think you're unlucky.
I used a Camon X for 8 months and there were no complaints.
