Mine might look or be tagged as "not serious" but its getting me sad and worried. My son is 3years and 10 months,he will clock 4 by 1st march. Here is the thing,he is in nursery 2,he still has nursery 3 to through b4 he can enter primary 1,and by calculation,he will be 5years and 6months when he gets to PRI 1,l feel l rushed him to school,l feel he might not be catching up with those in his class and his age is inappropriate, he can write well but he finds it difficult to recognise and identify letters and numbers,l feel its my fault for rushing him and l don't know how to go about it. l just need the assurance that the age is OK,or should l be worried ![]() 3 Likes |

I sometimes feel depressed when I have few challenges like failed a course, feeling lonely and even bad relationship with girlfriends. But at the same time I learn from the experience. Right Now I can say I can control my depression state. I have come to realized that any difficulties one es through many has gone through it. And lastly, I always prepare my mind ahead of any circumstances and believe it will get better. 9 Likes |

ikechizoba:The age is OK, you however need to help your boy with the recognition and identification aspect either by the use of toys, games and pictorial material. I also think you're worrying too much. 3 Likes |

curryandthyme: Well, everyone is scared of marriage before going into it.....but you have to accept we all have weaknesses as humans. Did you ask your fiancee why he cheated on you? Any specific reason? And how come your family still wants him... |

I’m very bad with money, I’ll save tons of millions for business, before you know I have blown it all away to frivolities. I’ll then start afresh with a promise to myself to be prudent with my funds, the cycle will repeat itself again. I think they are doing me from village......I’m supposed to get married next year, how can I cope with poor money management when I have not learn how to be resourceful money?

ikechizoba:My son started school (pre-nursery) a year and 6 months. I was teaching when he started though in another. All I wanted was for him to talk as he was the only child in the compound. He graduated to Nursery 1 and was 2 years and 6 months. During summer holiday,I paid a good teacher to teach him and I was teaching him as well. In nursery 1 he was able to write from 1- 50 before 3rd term the boy is doing well and I stopped the home lesson. He was 3 years and 6 months in nursery 2 and people started complaining that the boy is small but he was doing well. I moved him to another school, I didn't know they don't have nursery 3 so 4 years and 6 months my boy is in Basic 1 and he came 2nd that term. I and the father invested so much in his education both finance and time. He's among the best in his class. Why am I saying all this, don't blame yourself, if he's not doing well take him back to his previous class or get a good teacher to brush him up. No child is dull. My son's birthday is march 2nd 8 Likes |
