They are private and public schools, just visit the school's website to see their requirements... then i believe you can go from there... try smk, Mru,vdu,Vu,
Klapieda uni and others. Goggle study in lithuania,

They stated we should notarize documents at foreign affairs.

1.at what point do we need to notarize documents, is it before ing documents online?

2. Is there a difference in the notarization of foreign affairs and that of ministry of Education?

1.You will notarize your documents in the court or with a Notary public officer; this document can be ed for ission purpose.

2.Authentication of documents at ministry of education and foreign affairs are slightly similar but both must be carried out for documents you intend to use or submit for education or job purpose outside Nigeria, be it visa interview or job interview.
