I doubt if you understand what you are really talking about.
In fact the whole of this allegations is without substance. How can anyone be accused of receiving kickback simply because he is seeing in a video receiving some wads of cash. He could be receiving it from a legitimate source like his aids.
The video is so false, so stylishly edited to remove the person from whom the governor received those wads.
How can anyone reasonable fellow take such video seriously when the principal acc failed to name the contractor or even the project for which the money was collected.
We have had previous experience of such scandals and names where mentioned like the Halliburton scandal where names of even foreign conspirators were mentioned
