You have to decide first if you want to settle with her or just be responsible for the child.

If you want to settle with her commence marital rites right away no matter how moderate the ceremonies would be then she can live with your parents temporarily until you find your own accommodation and so on.

Should it be the other option the have a sit down between her family and yours discuss modalities of her ante natal care, delivery and responsibilities towards the child but she shouldn’t move in with your parents as she is not your wife!
