After waiting 10days after online payment, i went to the Ikeja office for my capturing which was actually my interview Place i choosed and date, the lady at Servicom was requesting i pay to get my interview done on the said date or i will have to come back after another 10 days, I felt pained and i left without paying a dime. right now am counting the days down.

You should have requested to see the PRO or the PCO.

My goodness. Those people frustrated me, I had to pay #1000 for opening file and #5000 for processing fees. They were seriously annoyed with me that I made payments online even when all my documents were complete. I had to be doing alot of begging on top of my money so that they can attend to me. The woman there claimed that everyone that paid online always pays a compulsory processing fee. Though I know that money was illegal but I didn't want them to delay my port so I just paid. My port is scheduled to be ready in a week time as seen in the printed form after capture

Yes you can. I also made an error in my place of birth which I corrected for #2000 naira. All you have to do is to let the person processing your port aware of the error, he will take it to their engineer to correct it but they will demand money from you. So be prepared

I will be ready for these people (Ikoyi Immigration/port Office) this time.

My last visit they got away with murder. After making veiled and open threats that my port renewal application would remain in limbo forever, they compelled me to drop some change. I was forced to play ball because I had travel plans that could not be rescheduled. This time I am ready to get into the mud pit with them for as long as they wish.

Also visualize the craziness of an armed immigration police (IP) officer on duty, reeking of alcohol at 2pm in the afternoon and threatening to shoot a port renewal applicant over some imaginary offence. I saw all of this at the Ikoyi port office on my last visit - and the senior officers in that place stood by and chose to do nothing while all this nonsense was going on.

Instead of doing their jobs quickly and efficiently, immigration officials were more concerned with asking of the public - "who is helping you?" as a prelude to the inevitable requests for bribes.

I will probably have to make plans for twitter communication with their superiors in Abuja - time will tell how things turn out next week.

I think next month.

I applied for an international port online, paid only the official amount, went for my capturing on Friday in Edo State, collected my port 4 days later without paying any extra.

I have all my documents ready though printed in black and white but I only have my CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN original scanned on my phone the hardcopy is really far from me...I hope if I just show then the original on my phone no problem

The guarantor form what exactly am I to do with after filling it

Tthat means nothing.
I went to their head office here in Abuja and I was humiliated also.
It sucks.
It's boldly written #17500 on their website but the guys in charge requested me to pay 25k.
I was annoyed and I even bargained 23 but nothing was done.
This country is something else.

I was at their head office last week.a staff gave me his own number to go and pay money into.
I mean such level of insanity is still painful to me till this hour.
