Everything is possible. From an ultimate view of life, there is really nothing like physical, spiritual, microscopic or metaphysical(or whatever else realm exist that I didn't mention) because they are all interwoven and all same children of same parent. These afore-mentioned (physical or whatever) are only boundaries that define and limit the capacity of each creature or being in the universe. There are sound ranges or smells our ears/noses can't detect as humans but dogs can. If microscope didn't exist we'll never know microorganisms exist. All realms of life are all the same and interwoven, that is why everything in life is a miracle. Even the one we call physical is not lesser miracle than the one we call spiritual. Either the leg existed by default by birth or grows back, it's all miracle of life and creator who makes things come into existence.

Through your soul. Soul comprises intellect, emotions and will. You feed the spirit man with the soul and physical body activities.
For example the word of God gives strength and studying it has the capacity to deliver what seun asked about. The words of God cleanses, strengthens, builds and heals among other things.
Most analogies of the spiritual were created to mirror certain aspect of the physical and this is where people mix things up a lot and become atheists.
