I have complained to your customer care but he is yet to rectify it. I can't lose #2950 like that. I told him to check the system but he is yet to get back to me. Last year, MTN refunded me 3gb that wasn't successfully transfer. I'm scared to fund my again. Lemme continue with mobilenig, I haven't lost my hard earned cash with them. Thanks! |

Be careful of sub9ja, actually I was warned by colleague before I started using them. I have used them to send over N40,000 worth of data. I have had issues with them and it always take them donkey years to rectify. So on Saturday, I tried loading data on a number, the data was cancelled but no refund was made, though they claim that make automatic reversal, that didn't happen anyway. I show them proof, and still nothing was done. I still went ahead, tried to load my wallet with airtime, I sent barrages of what'sapp messages, nothing was done. Then after some hours I was provoked and I ed my grievances with them. The next thing I noticed was I blocked on the what'sapp chat. That's actually a scam move, sub9ja refund my money or fund my wallet, let me make use of the last money there and I can bid you farewell. What I can't condone is you parting away with my money. I can go any length to give you negative remarks here, nairaland and other platforms you could have prospective customer if you decide not fund my wallet or refund my money

Their customer service is zero. Live chat is just for decoration nobody will answer you. To fund your is wahala... to reach them is another problem. His girlfriend's he employed will be using you to play. I buy recharge pin regularly on the site but recently the cards they sell is used by another customer. I print the cards myself and I'm the only one in my shop. The customer loaded the cards in my presence 3 of them used by another customer. The first issue I had with them as a newbie was funding for 3 weeks wasting my credit calling these people. The second issue the 2 mtn 100 pins I generated had the same serial number, only one of the cards was loaded the other was saying used by another customer. I let that slide. The latest one is 5 mtn 100 pins I generated that same day used by another customer. It was loaded in my presence, I was embarrassed. I reported the issue they were using me like I was a joker. The latest one is 3 mtn 200 cards used by another customer. I don't think these people are ready for business. After asking you what the problem is, they'll ignore you. Very rude set of people calling themselves customer care. I've stopped printing cards sef, I can't be loosing money on top how much sef, just sticking to data and vtu transfer. Nonsense 1 Like |

As at today I have about #10,000 stuck with you; 1. Airtime recharge initiated since 20th Aug 2020 wasn't successful (#2000 and #500 to two different line) I call when you still accept calls from my line 08066268489, you promised that it was logged and I would be refunded. But no refund received up till now. 2. Another recharge of #2400 today was also debited from my wallet and not credited even the recharge made to my own personal line and not to another customer like you usually says that the recipient should confirm again and again. 3. I credited you for over 6hour ago, my wallet isn't credited even after I notified . Please refund all my money (#4900) and credited my wallet (#5000) Thank you
